Becoming a Partner

What's involved for you?

Platinum Property Partners is not the right choice for everyone. As well as having the available finances to become a Partner, you need to have the time to devote to building your portfolio, and the desire, motivation and determination to achieve your life goals.

The finances

In order to be considered as a potential Partner, you will need in excess of £300,000 to £500,000 of investment capital. This amount will depend on your investment location and the size of the property portfolio you want to build. These funds can come from various sources including cash, equity in your own home and other investments. In some cases, pension funding, and/or wider family assets can be utilised. You may also consider investing alongside someone else.

Your funds will be needed over time so is not all required up front, but must be accessible within about a two year period. Typically 75% of property purchase prices can be secured via mortgages on favourable funding terms. Mortgages are of course not essential if you have sufficient funds of your own, but they do allow you to build and own a larger portfolio, which will generate a higher return on investment.

You must also be willing to commit to a minimum of a five year partnership, in which time, most Partners create their own profitable business with a minimum of four PPP properties, delivering a lifelong annual income of £50,000 or more.

Partners are required to make an upfront investment and ongoing monthly costs which can vary depending on membership term, location and individual goals. This provides Partners with full access to the franchise system, operations manuals, one-to-one mentoring, training, the trading licence and many other ongoing support services.

Our Partners

All of our Partners have one thing in common – they subscribe to the PPP philosophy – to be more, do more, have more and give more. They want to change their lives for the better. In most cases, more than one member of the family is involved in developing your PPP business. Most often this is a partner/spouse or a son/daughter.

Our Partners come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some have had director level roles in large companies, others have been accountants or solicitors. Many have run their own business or had a career in industry, teaching or the NHS. Some are mothers looking to find a suitable career as their children grow up.

The nature of your background and skills are much less important than your determination to build your own business, fully supported by us, and create substantial lifelong income as well as a better quality of life.
