We realise that it’s important to find out whether this is the right choice for you. Most of our franchise partners aren’t necessarily looking specifically for a way into property investment but after seeing our model first hand, they soon realise the extent of the returns they get for their investment.

However, it’s not for everyone.
We encourage you to do your due diligence before joining us, and this includes taking independent legal and financial advice. This due diligence process begins at our Discovery Days where you can meet some of our existing Partners on a one-to-one basis and find out more about how we work.
To be considered as a potential Partner, you will need in excess of £300,000 to £700,000* of investment capital. This amount will depend on your investment location and the size of the property portfolio you want to build. These funds can come from various sources including cash, equity in your own home and other investments. In some cases, pension funding, and/or wider family assets can be utilised. You may also consider investing alongside someone else.
