After a successful corporate career as a Chief Financial Officer restructuring, refinancing, and selling various private equity owned businesses, Parminder joined as a Franchise Partner in 2012. He has developed a successful HMO property portfolio in Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. Parminder also set up HuB@Hemel Coliving, a business that manages properties for other HMO landlords. Parminder is excited to help PPP to continue innovating its business model to meet the changing needs of the current market environment and to help build an even more thriving and engaged community.
