If you’re ever left wondering how satisfying it is to run a franchise with Platinum Property Partners (PPP), we’ll let our Franchise Partners speak for themselves. Because, during a recent anonymous survey for WorkBuzz, our franchisees agree: we offer a 5* Satisfaction result!

The WorkBuzz survey independently assesses a franchise for: Training & Support, the Franchise System, Culture & Relationships, Leadership, and Overall Satisfaction with the brand. Scores are allocated by the franchise network, without any input from the franchisor, making it easier for you to see which franchise brands are true to their word.

Based on the results and feedback from our network, we’ve received two awards for: 5* Franchisee Satisfaction, and Continuous Improvement. What this shows, is our dedication to ensuring our network experience our ongoing commitment to improving our franchise model for their increased success. Which we are! The last few years have been a challenge for the PPP community. And new owners took over the brand in 2023. With a commitment to stabilising the network, improving the business model and service, introducing new initiatives to broaden our partners property education, and multiple streams of revenue for partners as they invest in and manage their House of Multiple Occupancy businesses, these survey results, and the subsequent awards show things are looking good for the PPP franchisees.
