Platinum Property Partners (PPP), the specialist buy-to-let business, has surpassed the UK's leading companies in terms of client satisfaction and customer loyalty, according to figures released today.
PPP's independently measured Net Promoter Score, which determines how likely it is for a customer to recommend the product or service on offer on a scale of 0-10, has outperformed all brands and industries analysed in the 2015 UK Consumer Net Promoter Benchmarks report from Satmetrix.
Featuring the likes of Hargreaves Lansdown, Tesco Mobile and Freeview, the annual Satmetrix study asked more than 11,000 UK consumers to rate their experience with top brands across 10 industries, taking into consideration company reputation, access to support and value for money.
With a score of 73, retail bank First Direct topped the bill and was more than 30 points clear of second position. But, with a score of 77, PPP beat the winner by four points and achieved more than double the score of all other companies featured in the study.
Designed to measure the loyalty that exists between a company and its consumer, the Net Promoter Score is the percentage of Promoters (those who scored 9 or 10) minus the percentage of Detractors (unhappy customers who scored between 0-6). It does not take into account those who scored 7 or 8, referred to as Passives.
PPP has been actively reviewing their Net Promoter Score on a quarterly basis since January 2014 as their Partner loyalty is not only an important Key Performance Indicator, but also a major source of new business. Since data analysis began, they are proud to announce that their score has improved quarter on quarter.
Steve Bolton, Founder and Chairman of PPP, commented: "The Net Promoter Score is widely regarded as the number one way for a company to measure how well it is doing in the eyes of the customer, which is why we implemented a quarterly evaluation over 18 months ago. We are only as successful as our Partners are happy, so we are delighted to have not only exceeded our personal best, but to have beaten some of the UK's leading brands within the financial services, insurance and television sectors to the top. We are committed to continual improvement and this can only be achieved by regular communication with our Partners."
PPP is a successful property investment business that enables both novice and seasoned property investors to build a sustainable, profitable and life-changing portfolio.
