Platinum Property Partners is delighted to announce the launch of a new lettings and property management system that will help its Partners to run their buy-to-let businesses more efficiently.
Where previously, Partners had to establish their own manual process for recording everything from property details and accounts to tenancy agreements and rents, this system allows them to manage their entire rental business in one place, from anywhere in the world.
Designed to save Partners time and money, Platinum LetMC is a cloud based system which has been specifically tailored to reflect the PPP business model.
It not only allows the upload and management of tenant information, but also the recording of essential information about Partners' HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation), including the purchase price, refurbishment costs, council tax banding and utility providers for each property.
Other benefits include the automatic generation of legal documentation (as updated by Head Office), property maintenance management, contractor payment and certificate storage, diarised notifications and appointment scheduling and detailed reporting.
Additional add-on products are also available, such as tenant log in details so they can communicate directly with their landlords via the system and inspection report apps.
After an extensive beta testing period, during which many Partners were able to experiment with the usability and functionality of the system, Platinum LetMC has been rolled out to all new Partners with immediate effect. An extensive training programme will begin in September for all existing Partners who want to take advantage of the system, the cost of which is being subsidised by PPP.
Lisa Stead, Operations Manager at PPP, commented: "This system really is brilliant and many of the landlords I have spoken to have already said how much it has made a difference to the daily management of their property portfolios. The best thing about it is that it's an all-encompassing system designed by landlords, for landlords to streamline business processes and save people time. We will continue to work with our Partners to improve the user interface and ensure that the system updates keep pace with changes in the business."
