The UK's leading network of specialists in landlord and tenant law has joined Platinum Property Partners' power team of industry professionals.
The Landlord Group are a nationwide organisation who have been established for 15 years and are experts in offering guidance on tenant eviction and rent arrears issues. They will provide a free advice line to all Partners who require landlord recovery support and legal solutions as well as exceptional services at discounted rates for PPP Franchise Partners.
As part of their role within the PPP power team, The Landlord Group will also present at Regional and National workshops on the common issues experienced by landlords and they will host break-out sessions with Partners to discuss individual cases.
Recently featured on Channel 5's 'Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords', The Landlord Group was followed dealing with an array of problem tenants including squatters and abusive non-payers. The programme also looked at how for every rogue tenant, there is also a rogue landlord.
