Some of you may think this is an odd title for a blog about investment mortgages and property finance, but if the truth be known mortgages are very much like the school bully, meaning they are often misunderstood. With experienced teachers and a considered approach, the school bully can become a caring conscientious member of the school society, making a huge difference to those around them. Similarly, the right investment mortgages, sourced by the right broker with the right experience can make a huge difference to property investment. I also appreciate that investment mortgages can be deemed quite a laborious, if not dull subject so bear with me whilst I attempt to add some humour……….I appreciate I’m grasping at straws with the bully analogy but be assured I am better at property finance than I am blog writing!
