London based landlord Perfect Rooms 4 U Ltd has been voted the winner of the HMO Landlord for 2013/14 in the prestigious Landlord & Letting Awards.
Company founder Gertie Owen said: “I am absolutely thrilled to win this Award. Trophies were presented by TV presenter Martin Roberts at a gala dinner and disco held at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, on Wednesday 27th November 2013.
