Platinum Property Partner, Anton Wisely, was yesterday interviewed by Vanessa Warwick of Property Tribes about how he became an HMO landlord and his plans for the future.
Anton, who joined PPP in 2013 and still works full time as a commercial airline pilot, told Vanessa how he accidentally stumbled upon PPP when he was looking at ways to supplement his income.
An amateur landlord, Anton was drawn to PPP because he had little time to learn the best way to invest in property on his own and knew that we could provide him with expert guidance and a helping hand.
Since joining PPP, Anton has one HMO successfully up and running and is due to exchange on his second property very soon. His long term business plan is to gradually grow his portfolio and hopefully semi-retire earlier than he would have had he not started his own specialist buy-to-let business.
